Active Standing Orders

The Active Standing Orders report displays the list of all active standing orders as at a particular date.

How to view the Active Standing Orders Report

To view the active standing orders report you go to Savings->Standing Orders->Active Standing Orders. A screen will appear looking as follows:

Active Standing Order as at: Specify the reporting date, e.g., "15/05/2023".
Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".
Branch Code: Choose the Branch Code from the drop-down or tick the check-box Check for all to include all branches.
Specify the client type to report on, i.e., Individual, Group or Business. Select the All radio button to include all client types.
Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Standing Order Report Formats.

Click on the OK button to view the report which will look similar to the following.

Click on the Close command button to exit the menu.
